Does take time for these to warm up. The last kit I had it took time for these to warm up every time I go from high beam to low beam

Hi Steve, yes they do, this is true with any HID kit and it's just the nature of the gas used in xenon bulbs.
Do they come with the bulbs or do I have to buy them separately?

Now would this kit work on a jdm model headlight having trouble locating bulbs for my 90 rhd tt

Unfortunately it would not, this only fits USDM models.
What is the wattage and lumens of this product?

Hi Thomas, these are 35W kits. I unfortunately don't have any data for lumens output.
