is this a direct fit for the corner and fog lights? or will some modifications have to be made?

Hi Donald, it is a direct fit and accepts the stock fog and corner lights. It is an aftermarket bumper, so we always recommend professional installation as they will always require some prep and finishing before they're ready to go on.
