Hi. The rear wing/spoiler on my 1993 300ZX Twin Turbo needs to be replaced. Is yours an exact replica of the OEM part? Thank you. -Greg - Gregory

Answer:

Hi Gregory, Kuruma's spoiler is a replica of the original, but made of fiberglass instead of the original flexible foam rubber. For this reason, they will always require some work to make them conform to the hatch perfectly like the original did, since fiberglass is not flexible. They accept the factory 90-93 TT third brake light assembly and otherwise look just like the stock spoilers once properly installed.

Question:

I have a 1991300ZX 2-seater and want to attach a spoiler to the rear. does this spoiler have a third light like shown in the images. or do I use just the existing third light on my car .if it does have a third light how do I connect to it from my existing third light? Or does the images just show a reflector light ? Thanks ..hope I made sense.. - Dermot

Answer:

Hi Dermot, it does not include a light, it's designed to accept the 90-93 Twin Turbo third brake light.

Does the spoiler mount to car the same way as the original one does and does it come with the mounting equipment. - Rudi Wehrend

Answer:

The wing is secured with doubled sided 3M automotive tape. It does have 2 locations where it secures it down, but that's only for installation purposes. It's mainly secured down w/ the 3M tape not only installation, but to seal it from moisture.

Hey Gary, it does not include any additional hardware.

Hello, I have a 1992 z32 TT 2+2 and I am getting the famous spoiler rot on my oem foam spoiler. I am looking for a replacement. Does this model only come in white? What would it take to get on in platinum mist metallic or matte/gloss black? - Tyler

Answer:

Hi Tyler, these don't come in white, they are unpainted. They will need to be prepped, primed, and painted before installation.

Does this come with the third brake light or does it have to be purchased separately? - Daniel

Answer:

Hi Daniel, it does not include the third brake light. If your car is a factory 90-93 TT you can re-use the original one. Otherwise we recommend sourcing a good used one, as Nissan has discontinued them unfortunately.

Hey Nathan, these come in unfinished FRP which does use the off-white light gray resin you see in the picture.
