Hey Conrad, they are, but the OEM exhaust uses a non-standard bolt-pattern, so in order to use a gasket like this, you would need to notch/oval out the bolt holes. The factory header-to-cat connections are a compressible ring gasket, check out part number 20691-30P0A.
