Hey Justin, JWT has a few variants depending on the age, model and car. You'll want to double check yours to see if it uses recessed bolt-holes or if they're flat.

Yes, they can be used on any flywheel that doesn't use recessed bolts.
What Torque do you recommend if these are used on an 03 350z?

We generally recommend JWT's procedure, which is to tighten to 70 ft-lbs, then loosen, then re-install with a SMALL amount of red Loctite and torque to 70-75 ft-lbs.
