Hey Chris, Megan's headers have "ok" fitment, some people have mentioned having to open up the bolt holes for example. But yes they will fit with Megan test pipes.

Yes, but you will need to relocate two of the studs on the heads, as Nissan changed their position in 2013. The holes are there and threaded, they just need to be moved.

Unfortunately Top Speed has confirmed that these do not fit the RHD car. This listing is also for the HR version (07+) so would not be compatible with the 03-06 normally.

Hey Michael, this is a direct bolt-on, but we've found the fitment on Top Speed's headers to be a little hit or miss. Some people report having to open up the bolt holes a little more, but that's about it.
