Does this piece replace the plastic under tray that the little oil filter hole is in. I want to replace the plastic splash gaurd......if I can do it with this I am interested. I just need to drill the corrispondindg holes and I dont need a aftermarket front bumper , right?

Question:
Is this splitter drilled to pick up the OEM fastener locations from the plastic under engine cover along with any spacers needed?
Answer:
They do not come pre-drilled, nor do they include any spacers. Just the splitter and rods are included.
