2013 Infiniti G37x sedan driver here. This exhaust is an excellent replacement for a rusted, tired OEM unit. I can confirm that the exhaust WILL fit a X trim sedan (a.k.a. ALL WHEEL DRIVE). My installer had more difficulty removing the rusted OEM unit than he did with installing the Q300. Sound is just a touch louder than stock (with stock cats); perfect for a street driven car. 5/5 would recommend & purchase again.
