They look nice and it did quite the rasp of a set of gutted cats. They also do allow better access to the pan bolts on a automatic transmission But the pipes hang down about a inch lower that the stock pipes, this wouldn't allow me to use the chassis brace and also had to modify the support bracket on the back of the transmission..

So far, they've held up very nice. Had them on for about 3-4 months ish? i will say the resonated ones are fairly loud if you have a full exhaust system, but i run a HKS catback plus these pipes and headers. so i cant say alot about that. resonators if you want tone but if you dont id run no resonators. Didnt have an issue with clearance, im a manual transmission. Sounds really nice too
