Good quality. Requires use of stock mount to trans bolts & nuts as well as Cross member to chassis bolts.

Quality top notch. installed on a Z31 1985 Turbo auto to manual (swap) Z32 transmission with minimum grinding (1-3 mm) and that's it.

Very good quality part and hardware, easy to install and the movement of the transmission feels minimal compared to stock without excessive harshness. Highly recommended.
