Question:

Do these driveshafts come with a center support bearing it just the driveshaft? - Alberto

Answer:

Hi Alberto, since these are 1pc, they eliminate the center support bearing

Question:

Hello: Does the one piece driveshaft require the center bearing assembly, and if it does, does it fit the factory one? Thanks. - Richard Smith

Answer:

Hi Richard, it doesn't require the center bearing, it eliminates it completely.

Question:

If I have a 1990 z32 300zx with a twin turbo transmission but the stock NA rear end, would I order a 2+2 NA driveshaft or a Twin Turbo driveshaft? thanks! - Armaan Gandevia

Answer:

The selection for NA or TT really just refers to the differential, and the NA and TT manual transmissions are the same (it's only the AT that differs). So it would still be treated like a regular NA 2+2 MT.

Question:

Hi Does the driveshaft come with the nuts and bolts to connect it to the differential? My old 2 piece drive shaft fixes to the differential with four bolts in a square pattern will this fit? Its a 5 speed manual Thanks - A

Answer:

Hey there, the non-turbo variants use a 4-bolt flange at the differential. For those, you'd re-use your factory hardware. The TT variants use a 6-bolt flange, and it includes new hardware for those, as the factory hardware won't fit.

Question:

So this driveshaft will replace my 2 piece drive shaft on my automatic 300zx 2+2 with just a single drive shaft? - Gage

Answer:

Yes, you'll be going from a Stock 2 piece drive shaft to a Single 1 piece driveshaft. So you don't have to worry about the center bearing anymore.

Question:

Does this go from the tranny to the rear differential or do I need to buy anything else? - Yadram Kewal

Answer:

This goes directly from transmission to differential, there is nothing else needed.

Question:

Can this be configured to fit TT gearbox, NA diff in 2+2? Doing a TT swap and can't seem to find the right part. Thanks. - Nick

Answer:

Yes, for that config you would want to select for an NA, 2+2, Manual Trans. The NA and TT gearboxes are the same (other than the machining of the bellhousing).

Question:

Is the carrier bearing not used with a one piece driveshaft - Ashton Davis

Answer:

Correct, you no longer need to use the center bearing.

Question:

Is this for Manual or Auto gearbox - John Argent

Answer:

We have them for both, just selected from the drop down menu.
