Are these for both front and back brakes for a 1991 300zx TT?

So will I be buying 350z pads too? Or just rotors?

Hey Nick, you still use 300ZX calipers, so you'll still use 300ZX pads as well
Some other kits come with a hub centric adapter for the rotors. Is that for 13" or 370 rotors? Or will we need a ring for these?

These do not require a hubcentric adapter; these use 350Z Brembo rotors which have the same bore as the 300ZX rotors.
So exactly what year 350z rotors do I need to purchase to simplify this ?

Hey there, you would use 03-08 350Z Brembo fronts. That's not to say they need to be from the Brembo brand, but rather the fitment is for 350Zs that shipped w/ factory Brembo brakes.
Can you combine these with any oem or oem replacement 350z rotor? for example the stop-tech oem replacement slotted rotor for the 350z?

Yep, as long as you're shopping for the front rotors from a 350Z w/ Brembos (ie, Track edition), that's what they're designed to work with.
Does the CZP Z32 to Z33 12.75" Brake Upgrade Adapter Kit - Nissan 300ZX 90-96 Z32 make the brake pads overhang the rotors?

Hey Steve, yes you do get a few millimeters of overhang with this kit.
Can this be used on the rear brakes as well

This will only fit the front brakes.
What type of aluminum are these made from?
These are made from 6061!
