The NDS website says this tool can be used for reprogramming a key after ECU swap. A question answered by another customer says not the case. Please advise. Thanks.

Hi Allen, it can be used to program a key, that is not the same as disabling NATS, which it is not capable of doing.

Is the purchase by downloading software or is a CD physically sent?
To use it, is it necessary to have a pc or can you work with a Windos10 tablet via usb port along with the appropriate cable?

Hi Isaac, it is a digital download. You can download the software at any time from NDS's website, they just email you the registration data. And it works on tablets as long as it's a full Intel/AMD Windows tablet (it will not work with Windows RT or ARM tablets)
