Is it possible to fit these to my 2018 370Z?

Hi Chris, there is currently no kit to install these on a 370Z.
Will these fit with the aam intake manifold upgrade and takeda intakes or still have to buy the adapters?

Hi Javier, these are meant for the DE engine, so it wouldn't fit AAM's intake manifold even with the adapters.
What size intake tube will be needed to run this throttle body?
You can stretch a 3" onto it, but 3.25" is just about right on these.
