Just to confirm - the radiator fan shroud has 4 mounting bolts (two on top and two on bottom). This (and most of other aluminum radiators) only have the two top threaded bosses. Is the intent for the fan shroud to only be secured at the top two bolts? - Keanu

Answer:

Hey Keanu, on the bottom mount points, Nissan used self-tapping screws that screw into the overhang part under the core. Some radiators do have predrilled holes for those, but most do not, so usually we recommend mocking up the shroud first, marking the spots, and pre-drilling the holes for those self tappers to get it 100% perfect.

This would not be a direct replacement. In addition to needing different upper brackets, this does not have an integrated auto trans cooler, so you would also need to add an external auto trans cooler.
