Will the stock climate control unit fit in this unit? Or will I have to buy the JDM one?

Hi Tegin, you will need to use the JDM climate control unit for this bezel. The US one actually fills up the entire faceplate, behind the bezel, so it's totally incompatible with this bezel unfortunately.
