Does the megan short shifter come with the knob in the picture?

Hey Zane, yes it does. It can also be unscrewed and it will accept a standard Nissan shift knob instead if you want to run one.
What shift knobs would fit on these?

Hey Danek, they will accept any shifter that works on the stock shifter.
Does this short shifter lit come with the metal shifter bushings as well?

Hey Josue, we've had a couple of customers report success running the bronze bushings with these, but we haven't confirmed ourselves
Is the shifter knob available without the short shifter think you

Hi Anton, the Top Speed shifter is basically the same but without the knob. On the Megan shifter, you can also unscrew the one it comes with and it accepts the Nissan shift knob too.
