Hey Jarrett, they come raw urethane. It has a "gel coat" but it's basically just raw urethane.

Hi Ivan, the bumper itself will fit just fine, but please keep in mind this listing is just for the bumper cover, and does not include any of the additional components that may be needed to retrofit (lower grille, fog light finishers, etc).
