The
Nissan
Rear
Coolant
Bypass
Modification
Kit
allows
coolant
flow
to
the
rear
cylinders,
and
dramatically
lower
water
temperature
by
20
degrees.
Installation
is
a
direct
bolt
on
to
the
engine,
but
the
original
pipe
that
connects
to
the
upgrade
pipes
to
be
modified
to
use
a
straight
coupler.

Hi Jericho, these are not subject to emissions regulations at all, so CARB doesn't care about them. And the radiator doesn't matter either, this is entirely a modification done on the engine side.
