Question:

Hi. Just want to clarify the total core charge to place this order. It is not viable for me to ship mine over due to high postage. Is the $150 core charge add on the total for both turbos or do I need to pay double that core charge? - Omer

Answer:

Hey Omer, the $150 core charge does cover both turbos.

Question:

Bought these with billet wheels as part of my VG30DETT rebuild. I’ve read different things about breaking in new turbos. What is your break in method, or do these require break in? - Pete

Answer:

Hey Pete, they do not require break-in

Question:

why wont these come with actuators? if Im sending my turbos back with them on, or buying these brand new turbos shouldn't they already be assembled with the actuators .? - jan

Answer:

Hi Jan, these do come with actuators.

Question:

I'm interested in purchasing a set of these turbos. I need clarification as to what are considered viable cores. I have several sets of turbos and am putting together the cores to be sent in. Do the cores need to have working waste gate actuators on them? Do the replacement turbos come with waste gate actuators? Do the cores need to be both left and right hand turbos if I purchase a left and right hand pair? Sorry for all the questions, but I'm debating between your turbos and ones from Z1. - Julius Tomsits

Answer:

Hi Julius, they do need wastegate actuators, they will need to be a left+right set, and you will want to make sure their A/R on the turbine housing matches (.54 or .63) with what you're ordering. Acceptable cores will still come down to inspection, the only way to know if they are good cores is to disassemble them and have them inspected professionally.
