Description
The
Nissan
Rear
Coolant
Bypass
Modification
Kit
allows
coolant
flow
to
the
rear
cylinders,
and
dramatically
lower
water
temperature
by
20
degrees.
Installation
is
a
direct
bolt
on
to
the
engine,
but
the
original
pipe
that
connects
to
the
upgrade
pipes
to
be
modified
to
use
a
straight
coupler.

Hi, sorry I'm kinda new to working on cars, also new in CA. But is this carb legal? Also do I just use the stock rad for these or is it better to have aftermarket parts?

Hi Jericho, these are not subject to emissions regulations at all, so CARB doesn't care about them. And the radiator doesn't matter either, this is entirely a modification done on the engine side.
